As a member of HOUSTON SPORT FLYERS (HSF) R/C flying club, I hereby agree and commit to comply with all FAA REQUIREMENTS, AMA SAFETY CODES, FEDERAL/STATE/LOCAL LAWS AND HOUSTON SPORT FLYERS REQUIREMENTS for any and all operations at the HSF field. 

I further agree to uphold the by-laws and abide by any standing rules of HSF, including any updates or changes made during my term of membership. 

I understand that as a condition of membership, my failure to comply with all applicable SAFETY and OTHER RULES and/or failure to conduct myself in an appropriate manner could result in revocation of my membership without refund. 

I agree to provide, in writing, a written incident report detailing any instance of bodily injury or property damage to HSF within 30 days of said occurrence. 

I am aware that operation of model aircraft or any remotely (or otherwise) controlled equipment presents hazards and I EXEMPT AND HOLD HARMLESS HSF, its OFFICERS AND MEMBERS and HARRIS COUNTY from any and all liability including personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from any HSF activities.
